The Car

Car Specifications

Bio-Ethanol:

Our race cars will be running on the renewable, sustainable, environmentally friendly fuel blend - E85 - Bio-Ethanol.

E85 - Bio-Ethanol pump fuel is clean green and renewable and produces significantly less carbon emissions than unleaded fuel.

Bio-Fuels are the "Fuel Of The Future" and if you didn't already know; Ford and Saab sell flexi fuel vehicles (FF V's) in the UK that run on it, Bio-Fuel blends are also being sold in various supermarket petrol stations.

By 2010 the Government directive is to have at least 5% of all cars in the UK running on Bio Fuels, that's the equivalent of taking 1 million cars of the road with the reduction in carbon emissions from running cars on Bio Fuel blends.

We aim to prove that our race cars running on Bio-Ethanol are efficient, environmentally friendly, reliable and capable of high performance, winning races and winning championships.

Our race-cars will not only produce significantly less carbon emissions than their road bearing counterparts but the team's unique approach toward climate change will set the pace in BTCC by running our entire season "Carbon Neutral". This includes test, practise, qualifying and race mileage for both cars, plus the neutrality of the entire team activities, from the carbon associated with team transportation to the car journeys made by our team personnel.
